| Emergency Labor Rate: |
Emergency rates apply if no appointment is made and service needs to be rendered within 36 hours. The rate is $175.00 per hour with a one hour minimum. ** Mileage Charge (if applicable) is not included. |
| Phone Support: |
Free telephone support is offered for the first 30 days after you purchase a new Computer from us. After the 30 Day period a charge of $29.95 per hour, with a one hour minimum per incident, will be charged to the customer. |
| Additional Phone Support: |
If you wish to purchase additional phone support in advance you may do so for $29.95 per hour. A 10 hour block can be purchased for $269.95, in advance with any Major Credit Card, or $259.50, in advance with a Business or Personal Check. |
| ** Mileage Charge: |
A mileage charge of $.45 cents will be charged for any work performed more than 30 miles from the office. |
