The Warranty on a System or parts purchased separately shall be VOID when:
- Customer opens PC purchased from Computer Specialist without approval from a Customer Service representative employed by Computer Specialist.
- Customer hires outside Company and that Company opens the PC purchased from Computer Specialist without approval from a Customer Service representative employed by Computer Specialist.
- Customer installs any peripheral into PC purchased from Computer Specialist without approval from a Customer Service representative employed by Computer Specialist.
- Customer does physical damage to the PC or peripheral purchased from Computer Specialist, i.e. customer throws PC onto the floor.
- Customer does software damage to the PC or peripheral purchased from Computer Specialist, i.e. customer installs program and/or peripheral drivers and computer then malfunctions (will not boot, no sound, programs crash[i.e. MS Office], etc.).
- Customer doesn't have necessary electrical protection, i.e. quality surge suppresser for both the PC and Modem.
